She dedicated 18 years to the Alamance-Burlington School System, serving as an educator, grade-level chair, mentor, and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) team member. She subsequently joined River Mill Academy as a fourth- and fifth-grade educator and key contributor to the School Improvement Team. Leveraging nearly two decades of educational leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and program development, Aubrie transitioned into a local business automation company as the Business Development Manager for NC SmartEdge AI. Aubrie Azhar is a results-driven Business Development Manager and strategic growth specialist who combines data-backed educational leadership with high-impact business strategy. Known for her ability to translate complex value propositions into actionable market opportunities, Aubrie specializes in B2B relationship building, client acquisition, consultative outreach, and brand positioning. She excels at identifying untapped market segments, engineering tailored client engagement campaigns, and executing cold outreach strategies that turn cold leads into long-term strategic partnerships.
